Brazilian federal police discovered the Brazilian connection of an international network used by Romanians for cocaine and ecstasy traffic, according to Brazilian daily Globo, who writes four Romanians were arrested in May, found to hold 4.8 kilograms of cocaine and 21,000 ecstasy pills.

The Brazilian police seized Thursday in Paranagua port four tons of cocaine bound for Romania, hidden inside lumber containers, television station Globo said.

Nearly one ton of cocaine was found in the container lying since December 2008 in port Constanta Sud – Agigea, southern Romania, organized crime officer Aurelian Pavel said Friday.
