EC Brings Romania To ECJ Over Failed Wild Bird Protection Measures

The European Commission decided Thursday to bring Romania before the European Court of Justice for failing, on countless occasions, to provide adequate protection for wild birds, because an insufficient number of protection areas were designated since accession.
