Romanian fashion designer and retailer TinaR plans to float a 25% stake on the Bucharest bourse by next year, in a move to obtain financing for network expansion, the company said in a statement Tuesday.

The Bucharest stock exchange will launch Friday a new version of its trading system, called Arena Gateway, which aims to optimize the operating flux with online trading platforms managed by brokers, the bourse said in a statement.
