The fee applied by the Romanian Automobile Registry (RAR), when establishing the deterioration of vehicles, reaches RON243 (EUR66.6) for cars with a maximum authorized mass lower than or equal to 3.5 tons and RON299 (EUR82) for those that exceed this mass, the institution announced Tuesday.
