Over 3,000 catholics in Bucharest left Sunday at noon from the "Sfantul Iosif" Cathedral in Bucharest on a march towards the Government, led by catholic clerics and the Bucharest Archbishop, Ioan Robu.

Romanian President Traian Basescu wished “peace, hope and the power to do good” to Catholics who celebrate Easter on Sunday, the presidency said in a statement.
