Romanian Prime Minister Emil Boc told a press conference Wednesday that the bypass roar around the city of Sibiu will be complete by the end of 2010, even though the deadline is 2011, adding this project’s financing is secured.

The draft budget for 2010 is 95% finished and will be presented to the future Government for completion according to the public policies of the government program, Romanian acting Finance Minister Gheorghe Pogea told MEDIAFAX Wednesday.

Romanian prime minister Emil Boc extended by one day the deadline for the completion of works on the ring road around central Romanian city Ploiesti and wrote, with his pen, on the panel with the economic indicators of the project, that the new deadline is December 1, 2009.

Expansion works on the Bucharest ring road to four lanes will be completed late 2010 and construction contracts on the last three ring road sections will be signed next week, Romania’s transport minister Ludovic Orban said Wednesday.
