Romania’s opposition Liberal Party will notify the Constitutional Court Thursday on the government emergency decree on consumer loans, said liberal MP Eugen Nicolaescu.

Romania’s Constitutional Court on Wednesday postponed for next week a ruling on a law reforming the country’s pension system, which has been contested by the two main opposition parties.
