Romania’s decentralized hospitals will be administered by the public administration authorities that own the respective hospital buildings and 39 county councils will take over hospitals in the upcoming weeks, Romania’s Health Minister Cseke Attila said Sunday.

Romanian President Traian Basescu on Saturday reached Busteni, in southern Prahova County, to attend the reunion of mayors and heads of local and county councils countrywide and was welcomed by Romania's IBF super-middleweight champion Lucian Bute.
