Romanian President Traian Basescu on Thursday said on public radio RRA that the meeting of education minister Ecaterina Andronescu and the unionists in the sector eyes transforming a good set of laws, beneficial to the education, into a “convenient” one.

All degrees issued by Spiru Haret University will stay valid until the situation in the institution is resolved, education minister Ecaterina Andronescu said in a press conference.
