One Bucharest citizen, who is investigated by police on 30 counts of driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without a license, was once again caught Sunday behind the wheel of a car, driving without a license.

Three people were detained within the investigation of the manner in which driving licenses were issued in Romania county Cluj, following hearings unfolded Tuesday night.

Bucharest District 4 mayor Cristian Popescu came Friday morning to the National Anticorruption Department to offer details in a case investigated by anticorruption prosecutors.
