România a intrat în topul celor mai atractive zece ţări pentru investiţii în energie eoliană, după ce a urcat trei locuri, de pe 13 în noiembrie, potrivit raportului trimestrial Country Attractiveness Indices al Ernst & Young (E&Y), care include 40 de ţări.
