The Romanian Government’s draft emergency decree granting state aid to people aged 18 to 35 who want to start businesses will be put up for public debate and will be adopted afterwards together with its application norms, Prime Minister Emil Boc said Wednesday evening.

Romanian Prime Minister Emil Boc Friday warned the representatives of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that they will be compelled to return the money granted by the European Union if their EU-financed projects are not transparent and do not observe the law.

Austria's Erste Group together with Erste Foundation and the Center for Economic Development will grant loans to Romanian small entrepreneurs in rural areas and in small cities, who do not have access to traditional bank services.
