Romanian investigators have DNA evidence proving that the man charged with breaking into an exchange office in the northwestern city of Cluj-Napoca is also guilty of breaking into the home of Cluj County Council president Alin Tise, judicial sources said.

A currency exchange office in the center of Romania’s northwestern city of Cluj-Napoca was broken into Tuesday night. Sources within the local police said no employees were at the office at the time of the robbery.

Romanian interior minister Liviu Dragnea said Saturday on Antena 3 that police seized the main suspect in the armed robbery that occurred Thursday evening in the central Romanian city of Brasov, which left two people dead and one injured.
