Romanian president Traian Basescu asked Wednesday the Government to settle the issue regarding the blocks in the Black Sea that are exploited by Canada’s Sterling Resources.

Nineteen Romanians were arrested in Spanish cities Barcelona and Valencia, suspected of having exploited 27 other Romanians, by forcing them into labor or begging, according to the Spanish Ministry of Interior, quoted by AFP.
