The Bucharest Court of Appeals on Monday ruled that Harry Mironescu, head of Romanian fertility clinic Sabyc, and his secretary Cecilia Borza will be investigated at large but are banned from leaving Romania’s capital city Bucharest.

The Romanian police confiscated the passports of five Israelis suspected of involvement in the human egg trafficking case at the private fertility clinic Sabyc in capital city Bucharest, Ynetnews.com reported.
