Romania’s Competition Council has approved the transaction whereby electricity and natural gas supplier RWE Energie acquires the client portfolio of Fidelis Energy.

Compania de stat Hidroelectrica, aflată în insolvenţă, a vândut marţi energie în valoare de 13,45 milioane de lei (aproape 3 milioane de euro) pe bursa de electricitate OPCOM către traderul de energie Fidelis Energy.
