Romania’s Prime Minister Emil Boc on Thursday said the government is working on a system meant to simplify the financial statements submitted by companies in order to have a sole online fiscal statement in 2011.

Romania’s investment fund Fondul Proprietatea selected KPMG Romania to draft its individual and consolidated financial statements according to international accounting standards, or IAS, the fund said Friday.
