Romania’s Regional Development Ministry said the monthly average wage in the institution last year reached 4,746 lei (EUR1=RON4.2314), including the base and the merit salary, the seniority bonus and the management bonus, and not of RON8,180, as shown by a government document Wednesday.

Romania’s new Government revised downwards in the final form of the governing agenda the hike of gross average wage earnings and of the gross average wage by minus 40 lei (EUR1=RON3.9497), and sees a falling tendency for the period 2010-2012 compared to the initial estimations.
