Romanian anticorruption prosecutors indicted former state-owned railway company (CFR) manager Mihai Necolaiciuc on charges of public fund misappropriation.

Cristian Poteras, mayor of Bucharest's 6th sector and head of the local land fund subcommittee, has been indicted for abuse of position, the National Anti-corruption Directorate announced Wednesday.

Romanian Anticorruption Prosecutors (DNA) indicted on Thursday Florin Prunea, Gheorghe Constantin, Liviu Facaleata, Cornel Penescu and Cristian Libertatu, suspects in the refereeing corruption case.
