Singapore’s Authorities Issue International Arrest Warrant Against Fmr Romanian Envoy

Singapore’s Police sent Interpol Romania an international arrest warrant against former Romanian envoy to Singapore Silviu Ionescu who is held responsible for a fatal hit-and-run accident in Bukit Panjang, people close to the matter said Thursday.
