Romania might sell its stake in the steel plant in Krivoy Rog, Ukraine, to ArcelorMittal Group, Romanian Economy Minister Adriean Videanu said Saturday after a meeting with the management of steel plant ArcelorMittal Galati.

Ukraine is interested in taking over Romania’s 27% stake in mining plant at Krivoy Rog, the Romanian Ministry of Economy and Finance said in a statement Wednesday.
