Lawmakers of Romania’s ruling Democratic Liberal Party said Wednesday they voted in favor of two bills that lack government support by accident and will move to have them annulled.

The director of the Romanian National Center for Curriculum and Evaluation, Cristian Mirescu, resigned following the incident where the national history exam subjects contained a typo.

The two people in charge with developing the national exam subjects for Romanian language and literature, adviser Stan Mihail and director Dumitru Savulescu, resigned Friday after making a mistake in the subjects, according to the Ministry of Education.
