NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said Monday that Romania’s Multinational Brigade is only part of NATO’s response to a more assertive Russia and that it sends a clear message from NATO that an attack against an ally, against Romania, will be perceived as an attack against the entire Alliance.
