Romania’s team won two gold and one bronze medals at the International Geography Olympiad in Taiwan, which welcomed 108 contestants from 27 countries, Romania’s Education Ministry said Thursday.

The Romanian team won first place among European countries in the third edition of the International Astronomy and Astrophysics Olympiad, which took place between October 19 and 26 in Iran.
