Twelve polling stations in Bacau county, eastern Romania, most of them in the city of Bacau, were affected by a power outage that occurred in the north of the city and nearby Traian commune.

A 16-minute power outage affected the single emergency call service 112 on Friday, however the service continued to function due to its backup system.
