Court Rejects Appeal In Romania’s Rafo Onesti Trial By Irrevocable Decision

The Brasov Court of Appeals rejected by irrevocable decision the appeal of UK-registered crude oil supplier Glencore Energy in the trial against Romanian refinery Rafo Onesti, at its request to register $75 million in receivables, representing the value of 123,530 tons of crude oil.
