Romanian President Traian Basescu on Sunday delivered a lofty speech for all Hungarians in Romania who celebrate on March 15, alongside ethnic Hungarians, the Day of Hungarians Everywhere.

Unemployed Romanians and Bulgarians in the Netherlands, as well as citizens of countries that are not member states of the European Union, will have to leave the Netherlands if they lose their job, Sofia Echo daily reported citing the local press.

Romanian citizens will be able to discount their medical expenses made in Hungary, for treatment or surgery, according to a plan of measures initiated by the health ministers of Romania and Hungary, who will have a joint meeting in Szeged next week.

The Romanian Foreign Affairs Ministry recommended Romanian citizens to avoid traveling to Georgia, especially to the Southern Ossetia and Abkhaz regions, and the border regions of Chechnya.
