Romanian Constanta Sud and Midia seaports were closed Tuesday night due to strong wind of up to 60km per hour, said the director of Constanta Harbor Master Alexandru Mezei.

Romania’s Ministry of Interior and Administrative Reform said that the electric networks in 45 locations from five Romanian counties were seriously damaged Sunday morning by powerful windstorms.
