Romanian MEP Rares Niculescu is the spokesman for the Romanian Government, Niculescu told MEDIAFAX Sunday.

Romania’s foreign affairs minister Lazar Comanescu announced Thursday in a press conference the appointment of career diplomat Cosmin Boiangiu, 38, in the position of spokesman of the Foreign Ministry, replacing Ilie Banica.
