A bear attacked a group of three German tourists in Bucegi Mountains, central Romania, severely wounding a man while he was asleep, mountain rescuers said Thursday.

The legal committee within the Romanian Senate decided to prohibit and sanction the organization of parties in tents, in other setups of the sort, in areas found in the vicinity of dwellings if instruments that might disturb the public peace are used.
