Bucharest’s Baneasa Passage To Be Finished This Year
The underground passage in Bucharest Baneasa will be completed in fall this year, after a near two-year delay brought by institutions such as Bucharest City Hall, the Ministry of Environment and the Bucharest Police, said transport minister Radu Berceanu.

"The works on the passage are causing traffic problems and I do not know why city hall ignores this issue," Berceanu said.
He added the Ministry of Environment took six months to issue an approval for the chopping down of five trees in front of the Antena 1 television station.
