Forte Partners Invests EUR37M in Residential Project in Bucharest

Real estate developer Forte Partners will invest EUR37 million in a residential project in northern Bucharest, the company said Thursday.

The development, Aviatiei Park, will consist of 352 housing units in four buildings, to be delivered in two stages.

The project received green light for the first stage, which consists of two blocks of flats with a total of 176 apartments and studios. The first stage is set to be delivered within 18 months since the beginning of works and the second stage is planned to be delivered six months later.
