Local Businessman Invests EUR7M in Franchise Hotel in Suceava

Stefan Mandachi, the local entrepreneur who developed the Spartan restaurant network locally, has recently inaugurated a franchise hotel with a spa center in downtown Suceava, northern Romania, following a investment of EUR7 million.

“We decided to build this hotel when we realized the local market lacks franchising offers for a local brand,” said Mandachi.

The hotel has an area of 8,000 sqm on seven floors. It includes an event hall, an Italian restaurant, a coffee shop that doubles and a bookstore, a gym and a spa center.

Mandachi Hotel&Spa is a franchise project developed by California Holding.
