Nearly 28,000 Tickets Sold For Romanian Film Festival TIFF

Nearly 28,000 tickets have so far been sold for the Transylvania International Film Festival (TIFF), in Romanian central city Cluj, organizers of the event told MEDIAFAX Friday.

The 28,000 tickets include individual tickets, as well as TIFF cards and subscriptions.

TIFF 2008 opened at the Republica movie theater, on May 30, with the film "Funny Games," by Michael Haneke, preceded by the preview to the short film "Fatza galbena care rade," by Constantin Popescu.
