New Chief At Romanian State Domain Agency

The new president of the Romanian State Domain Agency is Nicolae Giugea, starting with March 1, 2009, according to agency data.

Giugea was prefect of Dolj county between 2005 and 2007.

Previously the Stat Domain Agency was run by Tanczos Barna.

The Romanian State Domain Agency functions under the Ministry of Agriculture and handles the privatization of agriculture companies and the lease of farmlands from the state’s public and private property, land managed by these companies.
