Romania Extends High-Risk Flood Advisory For Rivers Siret, Prut

 

Hydrologists warned flooding might continue in counties of Botosani, Bacau and Neamt.

The Romanian authorities also extended the yellow code flood warning for certain areas in Bacau, Vrancea and Botosani, located along the Siret river valley, and for areas along the Prut river in the counties of Bacau, Vrancea, Botosani and Iasi.

The high-risk flood advisory was lifted for other areas warned Tuesday.
