Romania Gets Yellow Code Warning For Ten Counties

 

Heavy rain is expected on August 9, between 3 a.m. and 9 p.m, in the counties of Bihor, Bistrita, Botosani, Cluj, Harghita, Maramures, Mures, Salaj, Satu-Mare and Suceava.

The quantity of rain will exceed in some areas 25-30 liters per square meter, and even 40 liters per square meter.
