Romania No Longer Requires Mortgage For Building Consolidation Projects

Romania's Government has eliminated the requirement of securing a mortgage on a building consolidated to withstand earthquakes, which the state used to ensure that owners will refund the cost of the investment, in an effort to expedite such projects.
