Romania’s OMV Petrom Lowers Gas Pump Prices By RON0.06/Liter

Romania’s largest oil company OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) on Saturday lowered its gasoline pump prices by 0.06 lei (EUR1=RON4.2455), the company said in a statement.

Thus, as of today, one liter of unleaded Premium gasoline costs RON4.52, while one liter of unleaded Top Premium 99+ can be bought with RON4.90.

One liter of OMV Carrera 95 and of OMV Carrera 100 costs RON4.66 and RON5.32, respectively.

Petrom is the largest corporation in Romania and the largest gas and oil producer in Southeastern Europe. It is controlled by Austria's OMV AG (OMV.VI).
