Romanian Boxer Lucian Bute KOs Mendy To Keep IBF Super Middleweight Title

Bute knocked out Mendy a few seconds before the end of the fourth round, with a left jab to the chin.

This was the 31-year old fighter's 29th professional victory. Bute's record includes 24 knockouts and no losses. Mendy has a record of 29 wins, including 16 knockouts.

Bute won the IBF super middleweight title in 2007, after defeating Alejandro Berrio.
