Romanian Govt Estimates Car Tax Refunds Will Not Exceed RON200M

Romania's Government estimates the total value of car pollution tax refunds, resulting from the difference between the old tax and the new tax, will not exceed 200 million lei (EUR45.8 million), said Environment Ministry Laszlo Borbely.
