The bill amends the country's audiovisual law and the Chamber was supposed to debate and adopt or reject it by November 3.
Because the term has been exceeded, the bill has been adopted tacitly. The obligation to play 40% Romanian music also applies to television stations.
The bill still has to be approved by the Senate and signed by the head of state before it becomes law.
