Romanian Sea Port Closed Over Strong Wind

The director of the Constanta Regional Port Captain Office, Alexandru Mezei, said maneuvers in Midia seaport were halted starting 17:45 (local time) due to powerful windstorms.

Seaports Constanta Nord and Constanta Sud, southeastern Romania, were also closed Monday morning due to very strong wind.
