Romanian National Health Insurance House (CNAS) president Lucian Duta told MEDIAFAX on Friday that people earning income from copyright and an employment record at the same time are required to pay their social health insurance contributions twice.

People who earn income from copyright contracts only occasionally are exempt from paying these contributions, said Duta.
Romania's Government approved on August 2 the application norms for recent amendments to the Fiscal Code, which extend the tax pool and introduce social security contributions for income gained from copyright.
