Romanians To Elect Local Officials Sunday

Romanian voters are expected Sunday to elect their future mayors, local and county councilors and presidents of County Councils.

Polling stations will be open from 7 am to 9 pm, local time.

According to the regulation published by the country’s Central Electoral Office, each polling station must provide four different ballot boxes - for mayor, local councilor, president of the county council and county councilor, respectively.
