Romania Insurance Regulator Clears 10 Cos To Practice RCA Policies In ‘08

Romania’s insurance regulator CSA on Thursday said it extended the license to practice the RCA civil liability car insurance for ten companies in 2008.

The ten insurers are: Generali Romania, Omniasig, Asitrans, Asirom, Astra, Ardaf, Asiban, Allianz-Ţiriac Asigurari, BCR Asigurari and BT Asigurari, CSA vice-president Constantin Buzoianu said.

In 2007 CSA authorized 16 companies to practice RCA policies.
