Romania’s Health Min Resumes Talks On Selling Medical Offices

The minister said that as long as the Constitutional Court ruled that the law on the sell of medical offices is unconstitutional, there was nothing the ministry could do about it.

Nicolaescu said that the ministry tried to draw up a new draft law that could comply with the requirements of the court and to the expectations of physicians.

He added the ministry wants to make sure the current law observes all constitutional requirements.
