Romania To Sell Majority Stakes In Electrica Units, IMF Says

Romanian government has agreed to sell its majority stakes in three units of state-run power company Electrica and to privatize the country’s planned energy holdings Oltenia and Hunedoara, an official of the International Monetary Fund said Monday.
