Romanian Army Discards Use Of AN 2 Utility Planes
The Romanian Army has decided to no longer use AN 2 aircrafts following an accident last summer in Tuzla, southeast Romania, when 12 people were killed, people close to the matter told MEDIAFAX Tuesday.

Immediately after the accident in Tuzla in July 2010, due to technical reasons, Romania has grounded all its AN 2 aircrafts and the army has now decided to no longer use them.
Romania has been using AN 2 aircrafts since 1977 and the one that crashed last summer had been in use since 1992.
