Romanian Leu Exchange Rate Hits 2011 Low Vs Euro At 4.2838

Romania’s leu recovered part of its early losses against the euro by mid trade Tuesday, but the central bank’s reference weakened 1.34% to 4.2838 units, the lowest rate this year.
